Emily Runnion - Director
Emily Runnion is a powerhouse of precision, leadership, and heart. She joined the company in 2011 as a CAD Operator and quickly rose through the ranks—becoming Preconstruction Manager in 2013 and Vice President of Preconstruction the following year. For over a decade, Emily led all plan development, permitting, estimating, and purchasing activities with unmatched attention to detail and a deep commitment to excellence.
Today, Emily serves as Director of SOUTHSIX Construction Group where she continues to drive innovation and efficiency across every phase of the construction process.
Emily holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Design from Texas A&M and a Master’s Degree in Construction Management from the University of Houston.

Mike Downing - Project Manager
Mike Downing is a steady force in the field—organized, responsive, and always ready to get things done. As Project Manager for SOUTHSIX Construction Group, Mike brings years of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of what it takes to keep projects moving smoothly from start to finish.
Whether he’s reviewing plans, coordinating trades, managing invoices, or solving on-site challenges, Mike leads with clarity and consistency. He’s known for his quick follow-through, collaborative spirit, and ability to keep even the most complex jobs on track.
Mike is a go-to teammate for making sure the details are right, and the work gets done. His commitment to quality and communication makes him an invaluable part of the SOUTHSIX Construction Group team.

Michelle Cribb
With more than 10 years in the homebuilding industry, Michelle Cribb brings extensive experience in purchasing, permitting, budgeting, and construction operations. Throughout her career, she has managed purchasing for hundreds of homes across multiple communities, built strong vendor relationships, and played a key role in keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
Known for her organization, attention to detail, and collaborative approach, she has helped streamline processes, maintained complex plan libraries, and supported record setting production goals. She takes pride in building strong relationships across teams and finding solutions that keep projects moving forward.

David Hall - Superintendent
David Hall is the kind of team member you can count on to keep things moving—steady, solutions-driven, and always willing to jump in wherever needed. He joined the SOUTHSIX team with a strong foundation in construction and quickly became a reliable presence on the jobsite, earning the trust of both teammates and trade partners.
With hands-on field experience and a practical approach to problem-solving, David helps drive day-to-day execution while keeping quality and efficiency front of mind. Whether he’s coordinating trades, working through challenges on-site, or keeping progress aligned with project goals, he brings consistency and a no-nonsense work ethic to everything he does.

Colby Stickney - Superintendent
Colby Stickney is the kind of leader every project needs—driven, dependable, and always ready to roll up his sleeves. He joined the company in 2021 as an Assistant Superintendent in Central Texas and quickly made his mark. Within a year, he was promoted to Construction Manager and transitioned into the On Your Lot division, where he thrived in a semi-custom building environment.
After gaining valuable experience in both production and semi-custom construction, Colby found his perfect fit in the Build For Rent division— SOUTHSIX Construction Group—in July 2024. As Superintendent, he brings a hands-on approach, clear communication, and a deep commitment to quality and efficiency. Whether he’s coordinating trades, solving on-site challenges, or keeping timelines tight, Colby leads with heart and hustle.
