One of the group's early multifamily developments, this 64-unit community consists of sixteen fourplex buildings featuring a consistent three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath floor plan with two-car garages. The project also marked one of the team's first large-scale fire suppression installations, helping establish capabilities for future multifamily developments.
